Returns Policy
If these terms are made part of a price sheet, refer to the price sheet for the applicable return goods provision, otherwise products may only be returned as follows: Product may only be returned after having obtained approval from Cooper Bussmann. A return goods authorization number (RGA No.) must be assigned by Cooper Bussmann before any material may be returned. Only standard stock products, which excludes Cooper Bussmann Express subscription and all downloadable material after viewing, are eligible for return. Obsolete and non-stock products are not returnable. Material must have been previously purchased by Buyer directly from Cooper Bussmann and be in resalable condition. A restocking charge may be made on products authorized for return. Return goods must be sent to the Cooper Bussmann location designated by the Cooper Bussmann Returned Goods Authorization form (RGA) on a prepaid basis unless otherwise authorized.
